Observations: Licensing tested seven persons in care's bedroom sink water temperatures. All of the persons in care's bedroom sinks had water readings between 49.2 and 51.3 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The Director of Care stated the hot water would be checked by maintenance immediately and would be monitored until Licensing returned. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

Observations: Licensing audited fifteen employee files. There were two employee files who were missing a record of tuberculosis.

Description: A care plan must include all of the following:if a person in care has been determined to be at risk of leaving a community care facility without notification of an employee, a plan if the person in care leaves without notification, to locate the person in care

Observations: Licensing audited seven person in care's care plans. One person in care who was at risk of leaving the facility without notification of an employee, did not have a plan to address if the person in care leaves without notification to locate the person in care.
