Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee Contact to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On September 8, 2025, Licensee Contact and Manager submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Staff were trained on cleaning expectations, a cleaning schedule was created, and a health and safety plan was shared with staff and posted in the facility. Management would conduct daily checks of the classrooms to ensure cleaning was completed before children's arrival. Children's beddings were stored in sealed containers and sent home every Friday and checked by staff before and after use. Pest control would be on site weekly and weekly reports would be sent to Licensing. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
