Observations: Licensing observed fire extinguisher that was purchased in 2021 that had not been serviced.

Description: Depth guidelines for loose fill material (if protective surfacing used) : minimum 15 cm (6”) for 1.5 metre (5’) equipment height minimum 30 cm (12”) for 2.3 metre (7’) equipment height (Consider surfacing table, Triax, etc.)

Observations: Licensing observed surfacing around the outdoor play space did not meet DOLSOP requirements. Surfacing was tested in multiple locations around the slide, rope ladder and climbing wall (52" heights) and observed 1" surfacing with hard pan below. Licensee stated the climbing equipment will be offlimits to children until Licensing can come back out to test the surfacing.
