Description: A licensee must ensure that water accessible to a person in care, from any source, is not heated to more than 49° Celsius.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On this date, the Manager adjusted the hot water tank during the inspection to not allow hot water to go above 49 degrees Celsius. Licensing tested the hot water again on this date, and the temperature read 35 degrees Celsius. The Manager stated the facility had a new hot water tank installed and they forgot to adjust the setting.
