Observations: Licensing reviewed attendance records for the last month and observed multiple days where children were not signed out of the program at the end of the day in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing approved a safety plan to use the back play space for both Group Child Care programs during the yard renovation. Licensing was on site and observed the play space to ensure plan was being followed. Manager stated all children have been using the space and getting their daily active play.

Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
