Observations: Licensing observed two ECE and one RA (substituting for an ECEA) with nine toddlers in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program. Minimum requirements for this category of care are one ITE, one ECE and on ECEA for nine children.

Description: A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.
