Observations: Licensing audited attendance records from January 9 to 15, 2025 and noted, attendance records had pre populated sign out times for morning program and sign in times for afternoon programs, the pre populated fields did not accurately reflect if a child was absent of in program resulting in one child not being signed in one January 9, 14 and 15 for morning care but showing they were signed out and one child not being signed in and being signed out on January 9, 2025.
