Observations: Licensing observed that the fire extinguisher had not been serviced within a year.
3000 - CCLR 17

Observations: Licensing observed a small broken flag pole on the playhouse outdoors which was corrected at the time of inspection, a cement ledge approximately 1 foot off the floor in the playroom that had sharp edges, a shelf in the kitchen not secured to the wall and oven cleaner stored under the kitchen sink accessible to children.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(a)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: a criminal record check for the person
