3010 - RCR 37(1)(e)
Description: A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has obtained all of the following: evidence that the person has complied with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that a person employed in a community care facility has evidence that the person has complied with the Province's tuberculosis control programs.

Observations: Licensing audited one employee record and it did not contain evidence of compliance with the Province's tuberculosis control program.
3050 - RCR 62(1)(b)
Description: A licensee must ensure that a menu, made in accordance with this section, is developed in any other case, for at least each 4 week period.
Corrective Actions Required: Ensure that there is a menu developed for at least each four week period.

Actions Required By Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.

Observations: Licensing did not observe a menu developed for at least each four week period and staff were cooking a meal that was not based on any menu. Manager stated that there was a menu, but may have been moved or lost.
