Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee:
Actions Required By Licensing: Follow Up Inspection to be conducted.
To Be Corrected By: September 30, 2025
Observations: Licensing tested four washroom sinks and one classroom sink. Two of the sinks had water readings between 49 and 50.6 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately.
The plan for corrective action is to have staff monitoring children using the sinks in both the washroom and classroom. The Manager stated they would be requesting from the School Distract to have the water temperature lowered. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
