Observations: Licensing audited the medication administration record for two persons in care. Licensing observed one medication that was not signed or coded for a person in care for June 18, 2023 at 10:30 p.m.

Description: A licensee must ensure that a person in care’s medication is returned to the dispensing pharmacy if the expiry date on the medication has passed.
