Observations: Licensing toured eight person in care's bedrooms and observed one person in care's bedroom with damage to the baseboard and walls.
3080 - RCR 72(b)
Description: A licensee must ensure that a person in care’s medication is returned to the dispensing pharmacy if the expiry date on the medication has passed.

Observations: Licensing audited two medication carts and the nursing medication room. Licensing observed one person in care's insulin medication, in the medication fridge, had an expiry date of January 2025.
