Observations: Licensing reviewed eight staff files and observed one file missing a First Aid Certificate. Licensing observed the Licensee and Manager state that the staff member is the only staff member that does after school pick ups at one school and transports children back to the facility. Licensing also observed the Manager to state that the staff member does have a valid first aid certificate from cadet training however the facility had not obtained a copy of the certificate yet.
