Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On August 6, 2026, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: care staff and nursing staff received education regarding the importance of documentation regarding baths including refused or missed bath on August 6 and 13, 2026, the staff workload was adjusted following any missed baths, two bathing lines and float lines had been filled as of July 17, 2026, and ongoing attendance management would occur with staff who repeatedly did not attend shifts. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.

Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On August 6, 2026, Licensee submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: all care plans were reviewed to ensure bathing date was consistent with electronic bathing record system, care staff and nursing staff received education regarding the importance of documentation regarding baths including refused or missed bath on August 6 and 13, 2026, the staff workload was adjusted following any missed baths, two bathing lines and float lines had been filled as of July 17, 2026, and ongoing attendance management would occur with staff who repeatedly did not attend shifts.
