Observations: Licensing tested two sinks where children access hot water and the temperature was 51.3° Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. The Manager stated children would be supervised during hand washing until the temperature can be brought back into compliance. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
