Observations: Licensing observed that in the Group Child Care Under 36 month and Group Child Care 30 months - School Age programs, the cleanliness was below a reasonable level. Concerns in the Under 36 month program were related to the washroom (e.g., changing area was left dirty with wipes out), level of cleanliness of circle carpet, stains on fabric blocks, and paint/smudges on walls. Concerns in the 30 month - School Age program were related to the paint/smudges on the walls, windowsills, and high touch areas.

Licensing also noted that spray bottles full of cleaner were within children's reach in the Group Child Care 30 month - School Age program washroom.
