Observations: Licensing observed a child sleeping in front of the door when Licensing arrived. Licensing had to open the door slowly to gain access and have the child moved from the front door.

Observations: Licensing observed the corrective action plan of running the water for two minutes and recording had not been recorded for 6 days.

Observations: Licensing observed that the Corrective Action for Lead in Water had not been recorded. The Manager stated that the facility does a two minute flush daily but they have not been recorded.
