Observations: Licensing observed the following in the outdoor yard that is used by the preschool aged children: lock was broken on the gate, a board was missing in the fence creating a space that a child could fit through, rust spots were visible in some areas of the climber with slide and some spots had rust chipping.

Observations: Licensing reviewed six staff files. One file was missing a criminal record check. There was an RCMP check on file and manager stated the Criminal Record Check through the Criminal Record Review Program had been applied for.
