Observations: Licensing audited the rooms of persons in care. Several medications were located in the rooms of persons in care.
3010 - RCR 68(4)
Description: A licensee must ensure that all employees comply with the policies and procedures of the medication safety and advisory committee.

Observations: Licensing audited the medication administration records of persons in care. Several medications were missing a signature for administration. In addition, PRN results were not consistently recorded.
