Observations: Licensing observed that in one of the GCC (Under 36 Months) program there was eight children with one Infant and Toddler Educator (ITE) and one Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA). One Infant and Toddler Educator (ITE) and one Early Childhood Educator (ECE) is required.
