Observations: Licensing toured the facility on this date. There were five medications in one person in care's room that were not securely stored. The Director of Care removed the medications from the person in care's room.
3060 - RCR 49(1)
Description: A licensee must require all persons admitted to a community care facility to comply with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control programs.

Observations: Licensing audited three person in care's records. One person in care had no record of immunization and another person in care had no record of tuberculosis screening.
