Observations: Licensing observed a ladder standing up against the back of a shed accessible to children. Behind the ladder there was a broken fence.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed the broken fence had been removed and was replaced with a temporary fence. Staff stated that the fence will be replaced.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audit one child's file and it contained the medical insurance plan number.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
