Observations: Licensing inspected the rooms of persons in care and found several medications that were not securely stored in a number of rooms of persons in care.
3020 - RCR 23(3)(b)
Description: A licensee must make a policy respecting all of the following:the possession and disposal by anyone of tobacco, e-cigarettes and cannabis, other than medical cannabis, on the premises.
Corrective Actions Required:
Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing received a copy of the updated policy for restricted activities and a procedure for disposal of cannabis products had been added to the policy.
Actions Required By Licensing: No further action required; this contravention has been addressed.
