Observations: Licensing audited five employee files. One employee file did not have a record of tuberculosis screening on file.
3020 - RCR 85(1)(d)
Description: A licensee must do all of the following: ensure that policies are implemented by employees.

Observations: Licensing audited five employee files. Two employees who were hired in July and December 2023 did not have a performance review on file. As per facility policy, employees were to have a probationary review after 30 and 90 days and a yearly performance review.
