Observations: Licensing observed a record of a minor incident where a child was made to take time away from play and was not allowed to have toys. Observations: Licensing observed a medication was prescribed to a child by a medical practitioner and the medication was provided to the facility by a parent. There was no record what the Licensee had agreed to with the parent and there was no indication of the amount or times indicated by the child's parents in the child's record.
