Observations: Licensing toured the facility and observed a kitchen cupboard had fallen off, and there was damage to the bedroom door of a person in care.
3070 - RCR 83(4)(a)
Description: Subject to subsection (5), a licensee, other than a licensee who provides a type of care described as Hospice, must ensure that each person in care is weighed at least once each month,

Observations: Licensing audited the weight records for three persons in care, and observed that one person in care did not have monthly weights recorded for July, August, September and November, 2024, and two persons in care did not have weights recorded for July 2024.
