Observations: Licensing toured ten person in care's bedrooms and bathrooms, and observed significant scratch marks located on the floor of one person in care's bedroom.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing audited the cannabis use policy and reportable incidents policy which were both reviewed in December 2025.
