Description: A licensee must ensure that all medications in the community care facility are safely and securely stored.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing observed four person in care's room and observed no prescribed creams left out in the rooms. Licensing observed that the PCA room door was locked where all persons in care's prescribed creams were stored.
