Observations: Licensing observed that a plastic climber measuring 4 feet in height was installed over hard dirt and gravel.
3010 - CCLR 60(3)(b)
Description: A licensee must keep all criminal record check results and character references for the entire time that the subject of the criminal record check or character reference is ordinarily present on the premises.

Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: On October 2, 2024 Licensing received a Criminal Record Check for a worker who is ordinarily present at the community care facility.
