Observations: Related to intake dated December 2, 2025, through the investigation process, Licensing determined that staff to child ratios were not maintained at the beginning and end of the day, having an Early Childhood Educator Assistant in ratio instead of an Early Childhood Educator. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to this contravention. A corrective action plan was submitted to Licensing on January 30, 2026. This plan was partially approved. Additional information has been requested.
