Observations: Licensing observed that a fire drill had not been practiced on October, 2023. Manager stated they had it schedule but were not able to conduct it.

Observations: Licensing observed that an Early Childhood Educator working a lone with children in the downstairs program had an expired first aid certificate.

Description: Without limiting subsection (1) a licensee must ensure that children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E, (except FCC/IHMACC/REC; child qualified if in age range or within one month (except GCC School Age)).
