Observations: Licensing observed there was not one toilet and one wash basin for every 10 children or fewer. Licensing observed the maximum capacity on the facility License is 33 children with only two toilets and two wash basins on the same floor. The facility has an exemption for 25 children to use two toilets and two wash basins only.

Corrective Actions Required: Ensure persons in care do not exceed the maximum capacity of 25. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. A plan for corrective action is to be submitted to Licensing by April 11, 2025. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
