Observations: Licensing measured the water temperature at three sources of water accessible to persons in care. One source had a temperature of 55 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The Manager stated maintenance would be on site to assess on today's date and would test the water at the source daily until Licensing returned. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
