Observations: Licensing observed cleaning agents in an unlocked cabinet in the accessible bath tub room.

Description: Subject to subsection (2), a licensee may restrain a person in care if there is agreement to the use of a restraint given in writing by both the person in care, the parent or representative of the person in care or the relative who is closest to and actively involved in the life of the person in care,

Observations: Licensing audited two care plan. One of the care plan had a written restraint agreement form that was not signed by the representative.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each person in care, a record showing the following information: name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status
