Observations: Licensing observed a chest food freezer accessible to children in the outdoor play area. The freezer did not have a lock to prevent a child from going inside.

Observations: Licensing used the entanglement device to test the slide in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) outdoor area. An entanglement was detected. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Staff stated that the slide would not be used until the entanglement was fixed and the slide was retested by Licensing.
