Observations: Licensing observed heavy objects stored overhead and not secured in all programs. Licensing observed scissors and cleaning solutions in unlocked cupboards accessible to children in the Group Child Care (Under 30 Months) and the Multi-Age program. Licensing observed cleaning solutions accessible to children in the shared bathroom for the Group Child Care (Under 30 Months) program.

Observations: Licensing observed that the approved outdoor area for Infants and toddlers was not in use. Manager stated that the area had not been used throughout the winter months due to the difficulty in moving the portable fencing.
