Observations: This contravention was carried over from Routine Inspection dated March 21, 2024. On this date, the Licensee had not followed the voluntary terms and conditions on a previously approved exemption for the Director of Culinary Services. Licensing has received a revised exemption from the Licensee which was in process.

Description: A licensee must ensure that a pharmacist packages all medications
