To Be Corrected By: April 28, 2025
Observations: Licensing tested the water temperature in two bathrooms and the kitchen sink used by persons in care, and all sinks had a water temperature reading of 51.9, 51.3, and 51.9 degrees Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of persons in care and must be corrected immediately. The Manager informed the maintenance worker and immediately adjusted the water temperature to 49 degrees Celsius. Licensing tested the water temperature after adjustment and it was still above 49 degrees Celsius. Full compliance will not be achieved until the water temperature is no greater than 49 degrees Celsius.
