Observations: Licensing observed rusted scrap metals with nails and screws accessible to children in the outdoor play space, and a trip hazard in the Atom Ball Court. Safety plan in place - cones will be put around the scrap metal daily as a visual that it is not to be accessed by children until it can be removed from site and children will not use the Atom Ball Court for running games until the trip hazard can be removed.
