Observations: Licensing audited three employee files. One employee file did not have a record of performance review and was hired in January 2023. Facility policy was to have annual performance reviews.
3020 - RCR 85(2)(g)
Description: Without limiting subsection (1) (a), a licensee must have written policies and procedures in respect of all of the following: monitoring of the nutrition of a person in care
