Observations: Licensing observed the last outdoor log inspection was recorded on October 31, 2023.
3030 - CCALA 7(1)(b)(i)

Observations: Licensing observed the bathroom between Preschool 1 and Preschool 2 had three of four toilets working, one had cardboard overtop because it was not working. The stalls did not have any toilet paper. Staff stated if the children need toilet paper they have to ask for it. The toilet paper was stored high up for only staff to access. Children had no access to their own toilet paper in Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program without a teacher providing the toilet paper.
3030 - CCLR 34(2)(a)
Description: Without limiting subsection (1) a licensee must ensure that children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E, (except FCC/IHMACC/REC; child qualified if in age range or within one month (except GCC School Age)).

Observations: Licensing observed staffing at the time of inspection and observed one the Preschool 1 room with 13 children and one ECEA while the children napped. The ECEA stated the ECE went shopping on her lunch break. Preschool 3 had ten children and one ECE at the time of inspection.
3080 - CCLR 11(4)
Description: A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.
