Observations: Licensing observed hair spray and mineral bath salts accessible to children in the bathroom, a broken railing on the entrance stairs, the hot tub cover unlocked, tripping hazards in the outdoor play area, an open drain pipe cover and a tall cabinet not secured to the wall.
