Observations: During the inspection Licensing observed the emergency exit for the home was obstructed with unwanted household items.
3010 - RCR 40(1)(a)

Description: A licensee must keep a record of the following matters respecting food services menus and menu substitutions

Observations: Licensing observed that the meal being served to persons in care was different from the menu. Licensing requested to see the menu substitution record which had not been completed since May 2024.
3080 - RCR 72(b)
Description: A licensee must ensure that a person in care’s medication is returned to the dispensing pharmacy if the expiry date on the medication has passed.
