Corrective Actions Taken By Licensee: Licensing received an email from the Director of Care, stating the person in care previously thought to not require the use of a restraint, did require the restraint. The Director of Care stated the restraint and hourly checks had been reinstated. Licensing received a copy of the person in care's hourly checks for the restraint dated April 22 to 30, 2022 which indicted the checks had been completed by staff. Licensing received a copy of the person in care's restraint agreement dated May 2021.
