Observations: Licensing observed that fire drills were last recorded in September in room B. Staff stated that fire drills were practiced but had not been recorded.

Observations: Licensing observed an Early Childhood Educator with a Responsible Adult (RA) and twelve children in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) program. Manager stated that the RA had applied to the Early Childhood Educator Registry for recertification as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant and this should be received within ten days.

Description: A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact

Observations: Licensing reviewed fourteen children's files. Two files did not contain medical practitioner name and telephone number. This was corrected at the time of the inspection. One file did not contain emergency contacts. This was corrected at the time of inspection.
