Action/s Required by Licensing: On July 28, 2026, Licensee Contact submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: Staff will receive training on professional conduct, child guidance, emotional regulation, respectful communication, and appropriate interactions with children. Management will increase supervision and document regular observations made to staff. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing.
