Observations: Licensing observed the hot water in the bathroom was 52 degrees Celsius. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. Licensee stated a health and safety plan, a staff would supervise handwashing. Licensing will return on a later date to test the water temperature. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.
