Observations: Licensing audited two locations where cleaning agents and chemical products are stored. One location did not have a method to secure the stored chemicals and cleaning agents.

Observations: This contravention was carried over from the Routine Inspection dated January 28, 2025. On this date Licensing audited three person in care medication administration records. Two did not include evidence that as needed medications effectiveness were recorded as per policy.
