Observations: Licensing observed two tires, intended for use by children, in the outdoor playspace that were filled with water.
3070 - CCLR 56(1)(f)
Description: A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (f) a log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events involving children, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H.

Observations: Licensing observed a minor incident log with the most recent entry dated July/2022. Licensee stated that while minor incidents had occurred since July/2022, they had not been recorded.
