Observations: Licensing audited two staff files, one file for an Early Childhood Educator working on this date had expired on April 23, 2023 and a second had not been obtained for the Early Childhood Educator Assistant working on this date.

Observations: Licensing observed that a Corrective Action Plan that stated staff will have valid Criminal Record Checks in place prior to being employed at the facility was not being followed.

Description: A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.
